By design Triplematic has incorporated the specific requirements of greater accuracy, ease of
maintenance and flexibility of mixing for the highly competitive paint brush industry.
The Series 1030 Blend Dispenser takes a high and low viscosity Part "A" material
and blends it to any viscosity with a turn of a knob. You can also change your ratio with a turn
of a knob going from 100 to 8, 100 to 9 and so on in less than one second. Both A and B materials
are metered with gear pumps for high accuracy and repeatability giving the best long-term
results.
The Series 1020 Select Dispenser has the same technology as the Blend except you
can have up to three Part A reservoirs. Changing from one reservoir to the other is done simply with
a turn of the select switch.
Standard equipment in the 1030 and 1020 Dispensers include our fixed dripless positive cutoff head
and pot life guard timer. Both machines are designed with heat on Part A material of 14,000 cps and
higher to achieve uniform flow characteristics, agitation can be added to keep fillers in suspension.
