Series 1250

Designed for high production needs, the Series 1250 can be used as a shot delivery or
a continuous flow machine. With accuracy and repeatability, shot sizes of .5 to 18 grams
per second or as much as 3 pounds per minute on continuous flow can be achieved.
An adjustable volume control allows the user to easily change the flow rate of the material.
Our customized dispensers are available for materials with viscosities of less than 50 cps
and up to 750,000 cps. Precision gear pumps automatically supply material to a disposable
motionless mixer or a dynamic mixing chamber.
While significantly reducing labor and material costs, the Series 1250 is designed for high
performance and ease of operator control.
