Meter Mix Dispense Equipment
Series 900-MMD Hand Crank Meter-Mix Dispenser

To dispense mixed material simply put by-pass valve in the run position and turn the hand
crank. Curing agent and resin will enter the mixer where they are blended in the correct
proportions, air free. After use, purge the mixer by closing the by-pass valve and turning
the hand crank. Curing agent is diverted back to its reservoir and the base resin purges the
mixer of mixed material.
The above equipment can handle ratio ranges of 100-100 to 100-5, viscosities of 50 to 100,000
cps. Maximum output per revolution is 15 grams. Six quart reservoirs are standard. Accessories
available are heat and agitation.
Examples of some of the material that can be easily dispensed are epoxies, urethanes and
elastomers.
