Series 925-MMD

Triplematic Dispensers’ Series 925MMD is our cost effective answer to automated meter/mix/dispensing for two component polymer systems, specially designed for a low budget table top machine. Simply by activating the footswitch, perfectly mixed epoxy, urethane or other material is dispensed on demand, exactly where it’s needed ..with no operator material contact.

The machine measures 24” L x 24” W x 28” H including reservoirs. The 925’s out put with a 1-1 system is a maximum of one (1) pound per minute. Accessories that can be added are heat for viscosity of 25,000 cps and over, agitation and a handheld remote applicator. However, this dispenser is not recommended for abrasively-filled material.

The Series 925 dispenser eliminates weighing and mixing errors,reduces labor and saves material. Along with being cost effective, operator exposure to toxic material is reduced while producing a superior and uniform product.
