    Specifically engineered for heavy duty continuous use in the repair of tire casings, the HSG/38 has been widely accepted throughout the retread industry since the early - 70s. Built to last, comfortable to use and fully warranted, "THE TOUGH ONE" has a powerful high torque variable speed air motor (0.7hp) and is thermostatically controlled for quick and even repairs.

    With all the superior characteristics of the Model HSG/38, this new model has the variable temperature capability. If your applications requires temperatures outside the normal preset temperature of 1800 to 2000 F range, the HSG/48 will accommodate your needs. With its solid state temperature controller, it can be set to run at a temperature range of 1500 - 2600 F with a simple turn of a dial.
