Triplematic Dispensers' Series 950 is the economical automated meter/mix/dispenser for two component polymer systems.
Easy to use, the Model 950 requires minimal operator training. During operation, reliable gear pumps automatically supply accurately proportioned A and B components to a disposable motionless mixer. The Model 950 is equipped with two and one half gallon reservoirs.
Standard equipment on this dispenser consists of a shot timer, positive cut off dispensing head. An adjustable volume controller allows the user to select the amount of material delivered.
Activation of the footswitch then causes perfectly mixed epoxy, urethane or other material to be dispensed exactly where it's needed with no operator material contact.
Model 950 configurations are available for handling materials with viscosities of less than 100 cps and up to 30,000 cps at room temperature. Reservoir heaters and agitators can be added to handle viscosities of up to 100,000 cps. This dispenser can not be used for abrasively filled material.
