This hand operated dispenser saves many times its cost by eliminating time required to weigh or measure out small batches of resin and curing agent. Significantly reduces material waste and operator exposure to toxic fumes and skin irritating materials and helps to meet OSHA requirements.
The Series 900 provides a clean and efficient operation, whenever production demands are not large or constant enough to justify the more sophisticated Triplematic Dispensers, Inc. equipment that automatically proportions, mixes and dispenses measured amounts of multi-component resin systems. Since the equipment does not mix the materials, no cleanup or maintenance is required.
Ratio range: resin curing agent ratios from 1:1 to 20:1, parts by volume, are preset at the factory. Ratio alterations can be made by changing ratio sprockets. The Series 900 is capable of handling viscosities of 50 to 250,000 cps.
Standard equipment on the Series 900 is two six quart reservoirs and has a maximum output of 22 grams per revolution.
The Series 900 is not recommended for abrasively filled materials. High viscosity material may require warming material reservoirs with a heat blanket. This dispenser can utilize special metering pumps for materials with water-like viscosities.
